Little Orphan Who

Some Doctor Who influences in the Annie comic. It starts on December 14th when Annie finds a strange door. On walking through it she finds herself in another dimension in the city of Atlantis. In the January 9th comic it is revealed how Annie arrived, a man named Vah-Lin-Tan the Roamer who has a console that can access other places it space and time. Problem is it's a bit random so he's having trouble getting Annie home. Leapin' Lizards!
